Programm und Sound von Frame in Green wurden und werden maßgeblich von Dirigentin Pia Langer geprägt. Mit Spaß und Initiative hat sie mit den Musikerinnen und Musikern ein anspruchsvolles und abwechslungsreiches Programm quer durch die Musik der letzten fast 60 Jahre auf die Beine gestellt.

Das gut dreieinhalbstündige Repertoire ist ein Teamprodukt, bei dem die Stärken der Einzelnen gefördert werden. Die Auswahl der Titel und Arrangements kommt den stilistischen Vorlieben der Musiker(innen) entgegen, die recht breit gestreut sind. Frame in Green präsentiert Jazz, Soul, Funk, Rock, Pop, aber natürlich auch Big Band-Klassiker von Glenn Miller oder Duke Ellington.
